Every October, FFG teams up with Fitler Club for a Halloween Happy Hour and kit-pack night. Friends gather over drinks to assemble costumes, candy, crafts, and handmade cards — all destined for children and families spending the holiday at Ronald McDonald House Philadelphia, and for our adopted first graders at Mastery Charter School's Clymer Elementary campus.
Five years in, we've packed more than 1,500 Halloween kits — and FFG also sponsors a full Halloween meal at Ronald McDonald House so families have one less thing to worry about on a night that's supposed to be fun.
On Halloween morning, FFG volunteers are special guests at Ronald McDonald House, sharing breakfast and hand-delivering the kits to families staying at the house from near and far — including families who have traveled from Honduras, Colombia, and Peru to be near their children's medical care.
A night filled with creativity and kindness: friends gather at Fitler Club to pack treats, costumes, and craft handmade cards — every kit, bag, and note made with love to bring smiles, comfort, and a bit of Halloween magic to kids who deserve to celebrate.
